This is a new style of Kracken, more relaxed and spread out. A pretty blend of grapefruit and tangerine, with an underside the color of frozen lemonade. Blue hood markings with a touch of dark sparkle. Still approx 2.25" across, formed in the torch and properly annealed in a digital kiln for durability, this one arrives safely wrapped and with your choice of a twisted Chinese silk necklace or a silver mini ball chain necklace, ready to give or keep. Handmade glass eye chip gives him such realistic eyes, you might want to keep him on his rope, just in case! Really fun and safe to wear, for a truly dramatic look!
Like all the Octos in this shop, this guy is made with no molds, only traditional lampwork tools and a torch. Each one is stamped on the bottom with the Maker's Mark "M" while the glass is still molten. Like any handmade item, there may be small differences in the actual item you receive.
These are designed to look as good sitting on the shelf or in the fish tank as they look around your neck!
Most of these items are made to order so like any handmade item, there may be small differences in the actual item you receive. Particularly with boro glass, lighting really affects the colors of the glass. Eye color may vary, depending on what eye cane is available. If you have a preference for color or pupil shape, just include a quick note and I'll do my best to make it happen.
